Can you handle one-off donations and regular giving?

Yes. Emergency appeals, event sponsorship and monthly giving all run through the same platform, across cards, Direct Debit and Pay by Bank.

Can donors change or pause their monthly donation?

Yes. Billing handles pauses, increases and decreases mid-cycle, so a donor who needs a break doesn't have to cancel.

Do we need to switch payment provider to work with Acquired?

No. Most organisations start by adding Acquired alongside their existing provider and routing a share of donations through us. When the results speak for themselves, you can move everything over. We make migration straightforward either way.

What happens when a regular donation fails?

Recover steps in. Retry Advice and Intelligent Retries try again at the right time, and Payment Links give donors a simple way to update their details. Recover is included with every Billing plan.

Will donation data reach our other systems?

Every payment event is available through webhooks and our single API, with normalised daily settlement reporting, so your finance and supporter care teams work from the same numbers.

Will we have a dedicated account manager?

Acquired provides UK-based account managers and onboarding support, so your payments are looked after by people who know your organisation.
