What billing cadences does Acquired Billing support?

Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual — or a fully custom cadence. You can also combine multiple cadences in a single subscription (e.g. monthly add-ons on top of an annual base).

Can customers upgrade, downgrade, or pause mid-cycle?

Yes. Mid-cycle changes are first-class: we handle proration, charge-decoupling, and pause/resume without breaking the subscription schedule or requiring a new sign-up.

What reporting is included?

A live subscription performance dashboard, cohort analysis, churn and retention reports, failed-transaction breakdowns, and exportable CSVs — all included, no separate analytics product.

Is payment recovery included?

Yes — Acquired Recover is bundled with every Billing plan at no additional cost. Retries are data-driven and run automatically; recovered revenue is reported alongside billing performance.

How do I integrate Acquired Billing?
